How to submit an Application 
with Auntie B Rentals
at NorthPath PM 

WHO NEEDS TO APPLY?
** All adult (18 years or older) living in the property must submit an application**
 
Please note the software we use for running a background check, is amazing.
It uses a lot of new technology to assist with this process, to make it quick and user-friendly for all parties. If you have any questions, please reach out at any time. 
 
The process of applying is one person will apply. Once you complete your application, you will have the opportunity to invited others. This is when you will email your roommates (anyone over the age of 18 who will be living in the home with you) This will put all your applications together.

HERE ARE THE STEPS:

  1. Please go to Properties for Rent Page.

  2. Click on the 

  3. Make sure the address of the rental home you are applying for is on your application.

  4. Fill in the application fully. Please note you will be able to attach your proof of income and driver's license and other items to the application, directly. So have those readily and available on your computer.

  5. Next, Pay the application fee.

  6. You will get an email verification that your application was submitted.

If there is anything you were unable to attach or you want to send more, you can send it in an email (Brenda@auntiebrentals.com) and attach the following items to your application. recent pay stubs, pay statements, last years W2, letter of hire, Etc 

 

**OPTIONAL STEP**

You can send an introduction letter that we will attach to your application, to help the landlord have a better understanding of who you are.
Feel free to be as little or as detailed as you want. We would suggest adding the following: Introduce yourself, people who will be living in the home with you, and your pets (if any - add photos), share your work history, rental history & references, explain low credit, etc. Also, include how long of a lease you are looking for. Once we have received everything above, the information will be sent to the Owner for final approval.

Auntie B’s Rentals and NorthPath PM does NOT decide who lives in the home. The owner will make the final decision on your application.

 

Our goal is to get back to you within 24-72 hours.

 

Once Accepted - we will collect 1st month's rent and deposits, and a $150 lease admin fee electronically, and sign the lease through an online signing system called Docusign. 

 

If Declined, your application will stay on file for up to 30 days for any of our properties.
